Circuit description and component location
The ambient air pressure sensor monitors atmospheric pressure and passes the information to the ECM through the engine harness. This FMI 3 code points to a high-signal or open condition in that circuit. On the M11 the ambient air pressure sensor is on the engine block above the fuel supply pump; on the N14 it is on the block to the right of the ECM.
