Cummins defines this code as “ENGINE BRAKE ACTUATOR DRIVER OUTPUT 2 CIRCUIT – VOLTAGE ABOVE NORMAL, OR SHORTED TO HIGH SOURCE” on the Engine Brake Solenoid Number 2 Signal Circuit.
