Cummins defines this code as “SENSOR SUPPLY 4 CIRCUIT – VOLTAGE ABOVE NORMAL, OR SHORTED TO HIGH SOURCE” on the Accelerator Pedal or Lever Position Sensor Supply. Sensor supply 4 of the electronic control module (ECM) provides a 5 volt supply to the accelerator pedal position sensor.
