DT466 exhaust manifold removal steps
This section covers taking out the twelve mounting bolts and one-piece exhaust manifold gasket, cleaning the three-piece assembly, and checking warpage without a gasket using a 0.25 mm (0.010 in.) feeler gauge. Installation applies Never-Seez to the bolts and torques them to the special torque value; charge air cooler piping and the road draft tube are also covered.
