Allison DOC is a Windows-based service application for Allison electronically controlled transmissions and related propulsion systems. It helps technicians diagnose faults, investigate transmission operation and carry out the service functions supported by the connected controller. Allison offers different DOC editions for different product families and control generations, so the correct edition matters as much as the software version.
Use your transmission model and TCM identification to confirm compatibility before payment. A compatible vehicle communication interface and the appropriate connection cable are required. Reprogramming is not included in every edition or license; confirm flash capability and access to the required calibration separately. The quote should identify the release, activation terms and setup support supplied for your workshop.
