PACCAR Electronic Service Analyst (ESA) is used for supported Kenworth and Peterbilt cab and chassis electronic service work. Manufacturer procedures use ESA for tasks involving controllers such as the CECU, instrument cluster and HVAC controller, including supported parameter and software updates. It is useful when a repair involves the truck's vehicle electronics rather than only the engine.
For PACCAR MX engine service, discuss the appropriate engine application, such as DAVIE, separately. Before payment, confirm the chassis model, model year, electrical architecture and controller involved in your job. The selected ESA release, communication adapter, connection cables and required software files must match that application.
