Fault definition and diagnosis
The technician disconnects the APT air seal pressure regulator valve harness connector and the MCM 120-pin connector, then measures the resistance between pin 1 of the valve harness connector and ground. A low resistance points to repairing the wire between that pin and pin 70 of the MCM 120-pin connector, while a high resistance directs replacement of the air seal pressure regulator valve.
